QI GONG CLASSES
Tilda Zorn wants everyone to know about the Qi Gong classes that she took in January/February from Nicolina and would like to recommend them. as they were both "delightful and helpful." Qi Gong (Energy Cultivation), based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, is a self care modality combining breathing exercises, phonation, walking and movement meditation, designed to move and balance Qi and assist in healing. It is wonderful for calming the mind and is also used as a form of preventative medicine.
