OK everyone, let's get in shape for the 14th Bak'tun! The Iguana Perdida is now offering Pilates classes with Aneta every Monday and Thursday at 8:30 a.m. Q50.
You may know that JB and I are on the board of Amigos de Santa Cruz Foundation and have been heavily involved in the CECAP Vocational Center. This year is quite special for us because JB and I have been invited to be the padrinos of the 2012 graduating class of the Culinaria Program. The Culinary Program students are putting on the 2nd annual Festival Gastronómico this coming Friday, November 30 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.. Q125. This event was a big hit last year. There will be a 36 item buffet, desserts, beverages and a chance to see the center and view our new tienda of products from the classes of sewing, carpentry, ironwork, sewing, and beading.
If you are planning to attend the Festival, we kindly request that you let us know so that they can properly plan for the attendance. Please call Pat Torpie 5046-8469 or Santos Canel 4050-0500.
Hope to see you there!
